Itinerary
Day 1: Chiang Mai – Baan Mae Kam Pong (Lunch/Dinner)
Leave Chiang Mai by heading east to Baan Mae Kam Pong, a typical Northern Thai village surrounded by evergreen forest covered hills, which possesses a unique Northern Thai culture.
On the way, visit Mae-on cave, a huge cave hosting many ancient Buddist antiques. The cave is located in very beautiful surroundings with high limestone cliffs, and is furnished with numerous stalagmite , stalactite. Your guide will be happy to tell you the about the captivating legends of this historic cave.
Continue driving to Baan Mae Kam Pong. Enjoy a relaxing walk through the community forest where the local industries of coffee and tea plantations are located. Lunch will be served by a seven tier waterfall before or after a refreshing dip. The perfect close to the afternoon comes in the form of a Thai massage that will breathe some life into any weary bones. Join your host family to prepare dinner.

Day 2: Mae Kam Pong – Sukhothai (Lunch)
Local roosters wake you up in the morning. Savor a hot breakfast prepared by the family as the morning mist disappears and a cool breeze descends upon the area. Explore the village and after a cup of aromatic locally produced coffee begin your scenic adventure to Sukhothai, the previous capital of Siam.
On the way, visit Wat Phra That Lampang Luang, one of the best preserved examples of Lanna style temple architecture in Thailand.
Continue to Sukhothai, visit Sukhothai Historical Park, the World Heritage Site.

Day 3: Sukhothai- Phitsanulok – Ayutthaya (Lunch)
After breakfast, leave the hotel for Ayutthaya, the previous great Kingdom of Thailand. En route, visit Wat Phra Sri Mahathat, the magnificent temple of the victory Buddha in Phitsanulok province.
Visit Sergeant Major Thawee Folk Museum. This fascinating museum displays a remarkable collection of tools, textiles and photographs from Phitsanulok Province. It’s spread throughout five traditional-style Thai buildings with well-groomed gardens, and the displays are all accompanied by informative and legible English descriptions. Those interested in cooking will find much of interest in the display of a traditional Thai kitchen and the various traps used to catch game. Male visitors will feel twinges of empathetic pain upon seeing the display that describes traditional bull castration – a process that apparently involves no sharp tools

Day 4: Ayutthaya – Bangkok (Lunch)
Breakfast at hotel, proceed to Bangpa-in Palace, the beautiful palace of the Great King Rama V. The Royal Residence is still well maintained.
After lunch, transfer to your hotel in Bangkok or Bangkok airport.
